Custom Charges and Taxes

Live Ears are NOT responsible for any custom charges incurred for monitors returned for repair, ear impressions or any other items sent to Live Ears. If any additional charges are invoiced to Live Ears will invoice the customer for the appropriate amount and any work will not be carried out until the additional charges have been paid.

User Conduct & Personal Information

For certain pages of this Website, you will be asked to provide information about yourself – this includes: first name, e-mail address, password, city or postal code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information – including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account.
